    • Temperatures: Highs likely in the mid-70s to low 80s (°F), lows around 60-64°F.
    • Sky: Clear to partly cloudy.
    • Wind: Light winds from the North-West, around 9 mph.
    • Humidity: High, especially overnight. 
  • December 6, 2025 (Saturday)
    • Temperatures: Highs around 74-78°F, lows around 60-66°F.
    • Sky: Mostly clear.
    • Wind: Light winds, possibly from the South. 

Comments:

The weather report doesn’t tell the whole picture.  The late day sun was brutal and really sapped run times.  At night – temperatures were more pleasant, but the humidity and was so high that your headlamp would light up the air in front of your face.  Some thought it was dust… it was water droplets.  Damp and cold.  Saturday morning — as the sun came up we had a mixture of clouds and sun.  You noticed a difference when the clouds moved and the sun started beating down.  Conditions in 2024 were more favorable to better times.

* Bad Boy — Rolled his ankle and took a nasty tumble on loop one.  Despite trying to nurse it – on loop 2, he hit a rut and rolled it again rendering him unable to complete the loop and needing a rescue.  He likely would have finished 1:15:00 – 1:25:00 however the loop time Ragnar gave us was 2:30:00.  This means our time was inflated by roughly 01:30:00.  Consider this when goal setting for next year.
